Donut/Bagel pan. I found this on amazon and thought I would bake some donuts for my kids.

That hasn't happened. But I used it to make sourdough bagels and it was a huge hit. Easy to use. No sticking (though I used butter to grease it). Super easy to clean.

The bagels were a little smaller than I thought they would be. My family claimed they tasted better than my bread. It's the same recipe. ????

I bought another couple pans because I now have been told to make the bagels in bulk. Great purchase!
