Oh wow. Hidden Yellow Stars was an eye opening, heart wrenching, tear jerking rollercoaster ride I did not want to get off.

These two women were brave and selfless. All the people they worked with left me feeling so much hope for humankind. So many people risked their own lives and that of their friends, families, and neighbors to help complete strangers. Beautiful!

Hidden yellow stars had many stories I wondered which were real life and which were fiction. I loved the back of the book where Rebecca Connolly explained a lot of info and a book that I want to read next (A Child without a Shadow). Great information.

Real heroes do exist.
